Michelle Campuzano is the Chief Executive Officer of ANOD Care Services and a passionate advocate for individuals with disabilities and their families. As a special-needs parent, educator, nonprofit leader, and community advocate, Michelle brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her leadership role.

Michelle holds degrees from Arizona State University and is a Certified Trauma Professional. Her career has been dedicated to creating inclusive opportunities and improving outcomes for vulnerable and underserved populations. She has served in numerous leadership positions, including Board President of Helping Hands for Single Moms and Roosevelt School District Governing Board Member.

Michelle has played a significant role in advancing inclusion throughout Arizona, helping launch adaptive recreation programs and contributing to the development of Phoenix's first fully inclusive and accessible city park at Encanto Park. Her dedication to advocacy and community impact earned her the Mayor's Commission on Disability Issues Lifetime Achievement Award.

Under Michelle's leadership, ANOD continues to expand its services while remaining committed to its mission of empowering individuals, strengthening families, and building inclusive communities.
